  • My name is Nesha, I am a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified Coach and an ex-Investment Banker from Switzerland who is absolutely passionate about fitness, sports & health. Before attending University, I was competing to become a professional football (soccer) player. I have been training in the gym regularly since 16 years and call this place my second home now.

    I hold a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from one of the leading European business schools, the University of St. Gallen (HSG), and have worked 6+ years in Investment Banking (M&A) in London and Zurich, amongst others for Credit Suisse, Lazard, Morgan Stanley and UBS.

    While working in Investment Banking, I developed methods which helped me to reach & keep my fitness and health goals. During the same time, I noticed that many of my colleagues and friends in similar high-performance professions struggle to stay in shape while working long hours. While successfully helping my friends and colleagues to reach their fitness goals I realized I could transform my passion into my daily work.

    Ever since, I am using my knowledge to help people working in high-performance professions to reach their fitness & health goals.

    Additionally, I am a certified nutrition coach, holding the Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification, with a strong understanding of key physiological and biochemical principles, including digestion, energy balance, nutrient transport, and the role of macro- and micronutrients.
